This document is issued by Real Resultz Inc. and governs the terms and legal framework applicable to the use of our services, technology consulting, and website.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes the permitted and prohibited uses of all systems, applications, networks, and platforms provided by Real Resultz Inc. (“Real Resultz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, each client, partner, employee, or end user (“User”) agrees to comply with this Policy.

This Policy supports Real Resultz’ mission to deliver vendor-agnostic, integrity-driven, holistic technology solutions as Trusted Technology Advisors.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to protect the integrity, security, and availability of Real Resultz systems and data, as well as the privacy and trust of our clients. It establishes acceptable conduct for using any Service provided or managed by Real Resultz.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not, under any circumstance:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Introduce or distribute malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Circumvent security controls or monitoring tools.
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited mass communications.
  • Upload or transmit infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Engage in activity that interferes with or degrades network performance.
  • Use Real Resultz resources to violate export control or data-protection laws.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and Services.

3. SYSTEM AND DATA SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES

Each User is responsible for:

  • Keeping account credentials confidential.
  • Using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Immediately reporting suspected breaches, phishing attempts, or security incidents.
  • Accessing systems only through authorized channels and approved devices.

Real Resultz reserves the right to monitor activity for security and compliance purposes, consistent with privacy laws.

4. DATA INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All data accessed through Real Resultz systems must be handled with integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Users must not copy, store, or transfer client or company data outside approved systems without written authorization.

5. NETWORK USAGE AND COMMUNICATIONS

Appropriate use includes professional, ethical, and courteous communications through all Real Resultz systems.

Unacceptable conduct includes harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or sharing confidential business information with unauthorized parties.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users must immediately report any suspected violation of this Policy to Support@Real-Resultz.com or their designated account manager.

All reports are confidential and investigated promptly.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Real Resultz may, at its discretion, take one or more of the following actions when a violation is detected:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access;
  • Termination of Services;
  • Notification to law enforcement when required;
  • Pursuit of civil remedies for damages caused.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Real Resultz may modify this Policy at any time to reflect evolving security or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

9. BINDING ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute or claim arising from this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the State of Florida govern this Policy, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.
